The Prim Airmed Thumb Accessory (AM201G) is a versatile, medical-grade attachment designed to transform your Airmed Wrist Support into a full wrist-and-thumb immobilization system. This accessory features a mouldable splint that provides rigid stabilization for the thumb while maintaining the comfort of the breathable Airmed fabric. Its modular design allows it to be easily attached via secure Velcro® and removed once you progress to a stage requiring increased mobility.

Do I need an Airmed Wrist Brace to use this?
Yes. This accessory is designed specifically to attach to the Airmed Short or Long Wrist Supports. It uses the Velcro® surfaces of the main brace to provide a secure, integrated fit.
Does it fit both the left and right hand?
Yes, this is a bilateral product. Its symmetrical design allows it to be used on either the left or right hand with equal effectiveness.
What conditions is this accessory best for?
The AM201G is highly recommended for de Quervain’s tendinitis, thumb fractures, Bennett’s dislocation, and Rhizarthrosis (thumb arthritis) where complete immobilization of the thumb joint is required for healing.
Can I adjust the tightness?
The splint itself is mouldable to fit your thumb's shape, and the Velcro® straps allow you to adjust the compression and snugness around the thumb independently of the wrist brace.
