Measurement & Wear Guide
How to Measure:
1. Stand upright and exhale.
2. Wrap a measuring tape around the waist, just above the hip bone.
3. Keep the tape flat and take the reading to identify your size.
How to Apply:
1. Place the belt centrally on the lower back.
2. Stretch both sides and lock the Velcro at the front.
3. Pull the lace handles until the gap at the back is minimal and the spine feels firmly supported.
4. Fix the lace handles to the side Velcro panels.
