Ultra-Slim Internal Electrode for Pelvic & Anal Rehabilitation
The TensCare Liberty Fit (X-PR13) is our smallest diameter anal electrode, specifically designed for comfort and precision. It serves as a clinical-grade interface for use with TensCare Pelvic Floor Exercisers to strengthen Kegel muscles and treat symptoms of urinary and faecal incontinence.
Featuring a unique sliding safety stopper, it allows for adjustable insertion depths—enabling targeted therapy for both the anal sphincter (shallow) and the deeper pelvic floor muscles (deep).

Usage & Care Guide
Insertion: Apply a water-based lubricant (like TensCare Go Gel) to the metal plates. Insert while "bearing down" to relax the sphincter until the flange touches the skin.
Cleaning: Wash with warm soapy water or alcohol-free antibacterial wipes after every use. Rinse under running water and dry thoroughly.
Important: Do not use silicone-based lubricants as they can damage the electrical conductivity of the metal plates.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Can this be used for vaginal exercises?
No. This probe is specifically designed for anal anatomy. Using the same probe for both orifices can cause cross-infection.
How deep should I insert it?
For faecal incontinence, the external ring should be just inside the sphincter. For urinary issues, insert deeper to target the levator muscles.
Why is the diameter smaller?
The 19.6mm diameter is designed for users who find standard 25mm+ probes uncomfortable, or for those starting therapy.
Medical Contraindications
Do NOT use if you have a known nickel allergy. Do NOT use if you have a history of carcinoma at the site of stimulation. Always follow the specific contraindications of your connected stimulator (e.g., do not use if you have a pacemaker). Do not use during the first 6 weeks post-surgery in the pelvic region.
