Def recommend. I kept reading transfer benches can be used in a tub enclosure only with shower curtains, and that I’d need to remove my glass doors. I’d never risk breaking my custom-made doors! This was the smallest bench I could find, and it is narrow enough that I can use it. I set it in slightly to the side so it isn’t quite straight across width-wise, which was no issue. Since the doors cannot close, I purchased a cheap plastic liner. I used just one, cut it about 2/3 of the way up, and strung string through the punch holes at the top. Then I tied it to the slider header. I used two chip bag clips to close the curtain where I had cut it to keep out the spray. Switched the shower head to a shower handle. isn’t the perfect situation, but as long as you are flexible enough to pull your knees to your chest, you can use this with glass shower doors in your tub! The handle on the far side helps you to scoot in and out. I weigh 155 and it’s perfectly sturdy for my use. Lifesaver!!!! Using it four weeks now and am pretty pleased with myself!
